The day begins at 9:30 AM at the vibrant Cours Saleya market. We will stroll past colorful stalls, sourcing fresh, organic ingredients from local producers to build our seasonal meal, along with regional wine and cheese.

Around 11:00 AM, we’ll head to the Petits Farcis cooking studio in Nice's charming Old Town. In a relaxed atmosphere suitable for all skill levels, everyone will help prepare the dishes. At 1:30 PM, we’ll sit down to enjoy our authentic Niçois lunch paired with local wine, finishing by 3:00 PM so you can explore the nearby Castle Hill.
